Hawthorn
Hawthorn is a herb, used to deal with circulatory problems since hundreds of years, may help control heart disease symptoms by reducing oxidation of LDL, the "bad" cholesterol. Hawthorn's effectiveness can be traced to its high attention of polyphenols, a family of antioxidants.
