Dosage
Take 3 tablets 3 times per day (everyday). Take the first dosage
in the morning on an unfilled stomach, the second dosage before
lunch on an unfilled stomach, and the third dosage before dinner
on an unfilled stomach. It is recommended to take Nitrix
on an empty stomach about half an hour before each meal. Taking
with food or on a full stomach, ephedra, or high amounts of glutamine
will diminish its effects.
Side Effects
These side effects are ordinarily caused by irregular dosage intake.

weakness and diarrhea. Reduce or discontinue use if excessive
